I was thrilled to host the Open Ice panel Kelowna last night! Open Ice, sponsored by Okanagan Lifestyle, was a mental health dialogue featuring retired NHL players, including Andrew Ladd, Jordin Tootoo, Mike Smith, and Wade Redden, on September 23, 2025. The event, part of the Open Space Series from Third Space Charity, aimed to have an honest conversation about mental health struggles and resilience in the face of public pressure.
